Jeff Nicksic - Principal

Jeff brings over 25 years of expertise in interior design and architecture, specializing in hospitality, custom residential and commercial design. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Indiana University. Throughout his career, Jeff has worked at many prestigious interior design and architecture firms located in San Diego, San Francisco and Half Moon Bay. These foundational experiences have given him the structure to take projects from implementation to completion while letting his creativity flow to explore possibilities. His design philosophy centers on functionality, balanced proportions with thoughtful details, tailored to each unique context. Jeff’s vast interests in science, nature, emerging technologies, community, constantly evolves his creativity.

Lauren Wilkins - Principal

Lauren is a skilled interior designer, bringing 15 years to the table with experience in both residential and hospitality projects. Her educational background comprises a Bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego, and a Master's Degree in Interior Architecture and Design from The Academy of Art, San Francisco.

Lauren also brings over a decade of teaching experience within Interior Design Programs in New York, New Jersey and San Diego.

While effortlessly managing all facets of the design process, her design philosophy marries contemporary functional design with innovative problem-solving. Her wealth of experience. matched with a commitment to creating meaningful spaces, positions her as a dependable collaborator for clients in search of transformative and innovative design solutions.
